Ingredients:

  • 1 medium. onion (sliced thinly
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup. whipping cream (not whipped)
  • 2 tsp. vingegar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:

  1. In a bowl combine cucumbers, onion salt.
  2. Let stand at room temp. about 1 hour
  3. Drain well
  4. Add cream sauce & stir
  5. Chill several hours before serving
