Crock Pot Turkey With Stuffing

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in large skillet.
  2. Add onion and cook for 5 minutes until light brown, stirring frequently.
  3. Add jelly and heat for 1 minute longer or until golden brown.
  4. Spray a 4-6 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Place stuffing mix in prepared cooker.
  6. Drizzle with water and mix gently.
  7. Sprinkle turkey with salt and pepper and place on stuffing mix.
  8. Spoon onion mixture over turkey and spread evenly.
  9. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
