Creamy Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp clove

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients in lg bowl.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Pour into crust.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350* and bake another 40 min, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Garnish with pecans if desired.
