Marie Callender's Pumpkin Pie Filling

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl very well pour into prepared pie shell bake for 15 minutes reduce heat to 350 degrees bake another 50 minutes or on till a knife stuck in middle comes out clean.
  3. Let pie cool then chill then top with whipped cream if desired.
