Creamy Lemon Sherbert

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup. sugar
  • 1/2 cup. lemon juice
  • few drops yellow food coloring

Directions:

  1. In med. bowl combine sugar and cream
  2. Stir until dissolved
  3. Stir in lemon juice and food coloring
  4. Pour into 8 in pan or sherbert dishes
  5. Freeze 3 hours(until firm)
  6. Remove from freezer 5 min.s before serving
  7. ENJOY!
