Cream Of Hearts Of Palm

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix chicken stock, flour and egg yolk.
  2. Cut hearts of palm into rounds then pour stock over palm and stir.
  3. Place mixture in large saucepan then add water and cook 3 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Gradually add yogurt then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
