Crazy Crust Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup shortening ( not oil)
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT pie filling with a mixer for two minutes.
  2. Pour into 9 inch pie pan.
  3. Make a hole in the center and pour the pie filling in.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the top and bake in a 350ºF.
  5. Oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
