Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown beef, pepper, celery and onion in a heavy skillet, drain excess fat.
  2. Mix in the soup (undiluted) I like to add a little extra tomato-usually some tomato sauce or v-8 juice.
  3. Add any other seasonings, such as garlic or garlic powder or vegetables, such as carrots , extra potatoes or even diced tomatoes. It is fine without extras though.
  4. Cook until all vegetables are tender and serve on a plate or in a bowl.
  5. Very tasty!
