Coconut Dream Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cool whip
  • 3 cups coconut
  • 2 cups sour cream

Directions:

  1. Prepare cake according to Package instruction. Baking in either four 9in pans, or 2 pans, slicing each layer to make a total of four layers. Do not over bake. Bake 20 minutes and check it.
  2. Frost and and stack each layer.
  3. Top with coconut or shredded chocolate.
  4. This is also very good prepared with a lemon cake.
  5. Keep refrigerated.
