Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine dates, butter, egg and sugar then bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and stir.
  3. Allow to cool slightly then add crisped rice cereal and nuts.
  4. While warm shape mixture into small balls and roll in coconut.
  5. Store in container with foil between layers.
