Cinnamon Cider Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1-14 cups apple cider
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • dash of ground cloves
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. In a medium sauce pan, combine cornstarch and brown sugar,
  2. Stir in apple cider, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon, salt, cloves and allspice.
  3. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
  4. Cook for two more minutes, then remove from heat.
  5. Stir in butter until melted.
  6. Serve with apple and pear slices.
