Ingredients:

  • 1 gallon diced tomato
  • 12 small onions, diced
  • 4 cups vinegar
  • 3 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp red pepper
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves

Directions:

  1. Mix together, boil for 2 hours or until thick. Stir often to keep sugar from sticking. Can be canned for later use.
