This chili sauce is great on hot dogs. Ingredients:
1 gallon diced tomato |
4 -6 green peppers, diced |
12 small onions, diced |
4 cups vinegar |
3 tablespoons salt |
1 tablespoon ground ginger |
1 tablespoon cinnamon |
1 tablespoon red pepper |
4 cups sugar |
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves |
Directions:
1. Mix together, boil for 2 hours or until thick. Stir often to keep sugar from sticking. Can be canned for later use. |
