  3. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onions and

  6. Add the tomatoes to skillet, reserving 1/4 cup of the liquid. Dissolve the
  7. Cornstarch in the reserved liquid and add to the skillet. Add the chili
  8. Powder. Mix well.
  9. Reserve 1/4 cup of the cheese; stir the rest of the cheese into the
  10. Skillet. Turn out into the prepared casserole dish. Bake, covered, for 45
  11. Minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with reserved cheese and bake for 5 minutes
