  1. Chop and fry onions 'til soft.
  2. Add mince and brown.
  3. Chop and add peppers, garlic, spices, and chilies; fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add tomatoes, paste, stock cube and possibly a little water if too dry.
  5. Simmer until meat cooked.
