Chicken, Sesame, and Tomato Toastie

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 50 g chicken
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp onions
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 2 slices bread

Directions:

  1. Brush the sandwich toaster with a little sunflower oil, wiping off the excess with kitchen paper. Preheat the sandwich toaster to its highest setting.
  2. Mix all the ingredients (except the bread) together in a bowl. Spread the mixture over one slice of bread and cover with the second slice. Place the sandwich in the toaster, carefully close the lid, and cook for 3 minutes until well browned.
