Ingredients:

  1. Take your foil, large enough to wrap the chicken in, and place the chicken in the middle. Add salt and pepper to your liking. If you like a lot of salt, add as much as you think you need, if you're not a salt eater, add just a dash-same with the pepper. Add the garlic and onion powder-but just enough to cover the chicken. Take the lemon and place on top of chicken.
  2. To create the packet in which the chicken will steam itself in: Pull the ends of the longer portion of the foil together in the middle. Fold once or twice without the foil touching the chicken.Squeeze the ends together. Steaming the chicken this way keeps all the flavors within the chicken and it comes out very moist!
  3. Place in the oven at 400 for 30 minutes.
  4. Pairs very nicely with asparagus or any green vegetable and a small side salad.
  5. Enjoy!
