Chicken, Broccoli and Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 300 g mushroom
  • 500 g chicken
  • 100 g shallot
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 2 liter broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme

Directions:

  1. Slice mushroom, dice chicken
  2. Mince shallot
  3. Brown shallot with margarine
  4. Add chiken and mushrooms
  5. Put salt, pepper and thyme
  6. Add in broth
  7. Put in broccoli
