  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Lightly grease 2qt casserole dish.
  3. Combine rice, cheese, chicken, evaporated milk, onion, eggs, butter,cilanro, in prepared dish stir well.
  4. Bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
