Chicken and Cheese Steaks (Jon and Kate Plus 8)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in skillet.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often.
  4. Remove chicken.
  5. Add pepper and onion and cook until tender.
  6. Return chicken to skillet and heat through.
  7. Spoon chicken mixture on bottom bread half.
  8. Then cover with tomato sauce.
  9. Finally top each half with mozz. cheese.
  10. Place in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  11. Top with remaining bread half if desired.
  12. Cut into quarters.
  13. Makes 4 sandwiches.
