Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Blanch the Broccoli by pouring boiling water over
  2. Spread the broccoli in a casserole dish
  3. Pan fry chicken breasts whole
  4. Cut chicken breasts into chunks and add to casserole dish
  5. Boil 375ml Chicken Stock
  6. Add Flour slowly to the stock (mix a small amount of cold water with the flour to make a paste first)
  7. Mix in the yogurt, Cayenne Pepper, Nutmeg, Pepper
  8. Sprinkle grated parmesan over
  9. Oven bake for approximately 20min
  10. Serve with Rice or mashed potatos
