Ingredients:

  • 1 can pie apples
  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup pecan pieces (optional)

Directions:

  1. Dump cherries and apples in dish greased with butter. Sprinkle cake mix on top. Pour melted butter and pecans over.
  2. Bake at 350 for one hour and turn oven off and let sit for another 15 minutes.
