Cheesecake Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 package. fudge brownie mix
  • 1 package (8oz.) cream cheese (softened )
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350
  2. Prepare brownie mix according to directions and pour into 13x9 pan
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add sugar,mixing until blended ,add egg and vanilla and lemon juice, mix just until blended.
  5. Pour cream cheese mixture over brownie mixture( I put brownie mix in freezer for 15-20 min to thicken up to help spread cream cheese mixture on top of the brownies)
  6. Cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect
  7. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until cream cheese mixture is lightly browned and toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool; cut into squares
  9. Enjoy!
