Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp flour
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 6 oz skim milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in sauce pan, put milk & flour in shaker and shake until all lumps are gone. Slowly pour into melted butter. Mix with whisk until thickened to desired consistency. Add cheese and mix in.
