low fat cheese sauce for veggies/potato
Ingredients:
2 t flour
1 t butter
2 oz cheddar cheese, reduced fat
6 oz skim milk
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
Directions:
1. melt butter in sauce pan, put milk & flour in shaker and shake until all lumps are gone. Slowly pour into melted butter. Mix with whisk until thickened to desired consistency. Add cheese and mix in.
