low fat cheese sauce for veggies/potato Ingredients:
2 t flour |
1 t butter |
2 oz cheddar cheese, reduced fat |
6 oz skim milk |
1/4 t salt |
1/4 t pepper |
Directions:
1. melt butter in sauce pan, put milk & flour in shaker and shake until all lumps are gone. Slowly pour into melted butter. Mix with whisk until thickened to desired consistency. Add cheese and mix in. |
