Ingredients:

  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Peel and chop the celeriac into small pieces.
  2. Boil celeriac in salted water until knife cuts through with little pressure.
  3. While it's boiling, slice red onion into thin arcs and press the garlic.
  4. Stir-fry in a non-stick pan the red onion and garlic together.
  5. In a food processor, process the celeriac with the butter, red onion and garlic.
  6. Season with salt to taste.
  7. Garnish with a sprinkle of sliced red onion.
