Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Run cold water over the frozen shrimp to defrost.
  2. Cut onions tomato green pepper in small bie size pieces. Put shrimp and the cut up veggies in bowl. cut the orange lime and lemon in half and squeeze the juice of each in the bowl. Add salt pepper and red pepper flakes cover the bowl and marinate either overnight or for an hours.
  3. To seve place spinach at the bottom of a plate or bowl and pour the shrimp salad over spinach be sure to pour the juice on top. Enjoy.delicious healthy and refreshing.
