Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180degC. Lightly grease a 12 hole patty pan tray.
  2. Place 3 biscuits onto a microwave turntable and cook for 30-40 secs until soft. Gently press into patty pan, to form a case. Repeat with remaining biscuits.
  3. Combine condensed milk, butter and golden syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until butter has melted, mixture comes to the boil and forms a thick caramel sauce.
  4. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring for 1 min.
  5. Remove from heat and cool. Spoon caramel into biscuit cups. Bake for 8 mins or until just set. Cool.
  6. Melt choc in a heatproof bowl over simmering water- don't let the base touch the water.
  7. Spread the choc over cold caramel filling and leave to set.
