Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat water and bouillon cube to boiling.
  2. Add broccoli and carrot. Cooking 5 minutes or until tender.
  3. Remove from heat, do not drain.
  4. In separate saucepan, melt butter, slowly stir in flour.
  5. Gradually add milk, cook until thickened.
  6. Stir in cheese, soup, onion, sauce, pepper, and nutmeg.
  7. Add broccoli/carrot mixture, heat and serve.
