Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine the water, sugar, wine in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes............cool.......
  4. Add the grape juice and lemon juice.
  5. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
  6. Pour into a divided ice cube tray....
  7. Freeze until solid...........about 4 hours.........
  8. Place cubes, one at a time in a food processor...
  9. Process until slushy only ........
  10. Serve in sherbet dishes and garnish with mint and grapes........
  11. Serves 2...........
