Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut cabbage into 1 pieces, dice onion, green pepper, celery & garlic.
  2. Mix all ingredience except cheese in a soup pot and bring to a boil. Turn heat down and simmer on low for at least 2 hours and up to all day.
  3. Serve with cheese on top.
