  1. Brown the beef and sausage in a large pot.
  2. Add chili powder and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add cabbage, vinegar and tomato paste and simmer, covered for c.
  4. 20 minutes.
  5. I serve with warm bread.
  6. Enjoy.
