Directions:

  1. Prepare cabbage and apple.
  2. Use 1 Tbsp. lemon juice to wet diced apple to prevent darkening.
  3. Toss shredded cabbage, raisins, and apple.
  4. Mix fruit juices, salt, and sugar.
  5. Add sour cream, stir until smooth and add to the salad.
  6. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
