Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups white flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups buttermilk (i used sour milk, milk and vinegar)
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Whisk together dry ingredients.
  2. Whisk together wet ingredients and add to dry.
  3. Pour into preheated prepared waffle iron.
