Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup. buttermilk
  • salt and pepper ,to taste
  • 2 tbsp. butter

Directions:

  1. Put buttermilk, salt, and pepper in a large size bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add eggs.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Melt butter in a large skillet.
  6. Pour egg mixture into skillet and cook to desired doneness while stirring constantly.
