A slight twist on regular scrambled eggs Ingredients:
12 eggs,beaten |
1/3 c. buttermilk |
salt and pepper,to taste |
2 tbs. butter |
Directions:
1. Put buttermilk, salt, and pepper in a large size bowl. 2. Mix well. 3. Add eggs. 4. Mix well. 5. Melt butter in a large skillet. 6. Pour egg mixture into skillet and cook to desired doneness while stirring constantly. |
