Ingredients:

  • 125 g butter
  • 55 g sugar

Directions:

  1. Turn Oven to 190°c.
  2. Beat butter and sugar together until pale and creamy.
  3. Stir in the flour and make a dough.
  4. Roll out to 1cm thick and cut into rounds.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
