Butter-Browned Pork Tenderloin and Onions

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet.
  2. Add onions and slowly saute, stirring, for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly crisp.
  3. Season with a pinch of salt, pepper and marjoram.
  4. Remove from pan and keep warm.
  5. Season both sides of meat with a little salt, pepper and marjoram.
  6. Coat meat with flour.
  7. Place meat in pan and cook until browned, about 4 minutes on each side.
  8. Top with browned onions.
