  1. Blend first 3 ingredients in bowl. Stir in broccoli, carrots, onion, salt, and pepper. Pour into 2-quart casserole. Mix stuffing mix with butter in bowl. Spoon around edge of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly.
