Broccoli, Bacon and Blue Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 8 oz bacon
  • 2 bunches green onions
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp vinegar

Directions:

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to directions.
  2. 2. Microwave bacon until crisp and crumble into small pieces.
  3. 3. Dice tomatoes and onions.
  4. 4. Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces.
  5. 5. Once pasta has cooled, add above ingredients.
  6. 6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
