Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Flatten all the dough evenly
  2. Put the medium size wheel of brie in the center
  3. Take orage zest set aside
  4. With the 1/2 of cranberry and juice from the orange and a bit of zest
  5. Then add maple syrup and mix
  6. Then pour onto the brie
  7. Top it off with a few pecan
  8. And wrap entirely with the pastry making sure all is covered
  9. Then add some pecan on top and orange zest
  10. Add in the oven 350 for 20 minutes
  11. Or until golden
