Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 lb sausage
  • 16 eggs with milk (about 1/2 to 3/4 cup)
  • 2-8 oz cans mushrooms (stems & pieces)optional

Directions:

  1. Crumble bread in the bottom of a 9×13x2 cake pan. Brown the sausage and
  2. Drain. Beat the eggs & milk together. Drain mushroom, if used, and add
  3. Mushrooms & sausage to the egg mixture. Pour over the crumbled bread. Top
  4. With cheese. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour on
  5. 325º Remove foil and continue baking until golden brown on top.
