4 slices of bread |
2 pounds sausage |
8 ounces shredded mild cheddar cheese |
16 eggs with milk (about 1/2 to 3/4 cup) |
2-8 ounce cans mushrooms (stems & pieces)optional |
Directions:
1. Crumble bread in the bottom of a 9×13x2 cake pan. Brown the sausage and 2. drain. Beat the eggs & milk together. Drain mushroom, if used, and add 3. mushrooms & sausage to the egg mixture. Pour over the crumbled bread. Top 4. with cheese. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour on 5. 325º Remove foil and continue baking until golden brown on top. |
