Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup dry quinoa
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until all liquid is absored and qunioa is plump.
