Breakfast Quinoa Ingredients:
1/2 cup dry quinoa |
1/4 cup reduced fat milk |
1 1/2 cups water |
1 pinch of salt |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until all liquid is absored and qunioa is plump. |
