Ingredients:

  • preheat oven at 350
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • mix all these ingredients and spread half mixture in greased 9x13 baking pan.

Directions:

  1. In a separate bowl with your fingers mix…
  2. 3 Tbsp. butter
  3. 1/4 c flour
  4. 1/2 C. brown sugar
  5. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  6. 1/2 tsp. cardamom(this is the secret to this recipe, so hope you have it, if not it will still work but you would be missing a very special taste, try to buy it in small quantity)
  7. After all the ingredients have been well mix, then sprinkle half on the mixture you’ve spread on the 9x13. Spread the rest of cake dough on top of first layer, then sprinkle the rest of the dry mixture on the top layer. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy alone or with scrambled eggs and bacon.
