Blue Cheese Beet And Bacon Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 package. (10 oz.) torn romaine or baby spinach
  • 1 jar (15 oz.) julienne beets, drained
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese
  • 6 or 1/3 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup italian vinaigrette salad dressing garlic croutons

Directions:

  1. Layer lettuce, beets, cheese, nuts, onion and bacon on serving platter.
  2. Drizzle with dressing and toss with croutons.
