  3. Sear and Saute Salmon steaks in the above;
  4. Put aside

  6. Mix spinach and romaine with olive oil (2-3 ounces)
  7. Add red wine vinegar (1 ounce). Add in spices.
  8. Place salmon steaks in center,
  9. Surround with mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumber, onions.
