sweet white onion, slices. |
olive oil, unsalted imported butter. |
sea salt, fresh ground pepper, rosemary (pinch) |
tuscan seasoning: red & green bells, orange peel grated. |
greens |
baby spinach, romaine |
tomato, onions, mushrooms, cucumbers |
olive oil, red wine vinegar, sea salt, pepper. |
organic oregano |
Directions:
1. Cook butter & olive oil, adding whole garlic and onion slices 2. Add the seasoning a little at a time, . 3. Sear and Saute Salmon steaks in the above; 4. Put aside 5. GREENS 6. Mix spinach and romaine with olive oil (2-3 ounces) 7. add red wine vinegar (1 ounce). Add in spices. 8. Place salmon steaks in center, 9. surround with mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumber, onions. |
