Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients. Rub over ribs; cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Place ribs bone side down on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour; drain. Brush some of the barbecue sauce over ribs. Bake, uncovered, for 30-45 minutes or until tender, basting occasionally with barbecue sauce. Yield: 8 servings.
